As part of the FORSU “Higher Education Cooperation for Forest Landscape Restoration and Sustainable Livelihoods in Bangladesh and Vietnam” Project, two faculty members from Tay Nguyen University’s Agriculture and Forestry, Mr. Ngo The Son and Mr. Ho Dinh Bao, recently participated in a transformative staffs exchange program from June 3rd to 14th, 2024, in Freiburg University – Germany and Helsinki University - Finland.
Over the two-week program, our staff engaged in intensive capacity-building sessions and exchanges with renowned experts in the field. These enriching sessions focused on pivotal areas to further enhance the curricula in both Vietnam and Bangladesh. The knowledge and insights gained during the workshops are set to play a vital role in updating and expanding the interdisciplinary curriculum at higher education institutions in both Vietnam and Bangladesh.
By aligning our courses more closely with regional needs and incorporating innovative teaching methods, we are not only improving the academic offerings but also significantly boosting the employability of our graduates. This approach ensures that our students acquire practical, market-relevant skills, preparing them for successful careers and contributing to sustainable livelihoods.
The FORSU Staff Exchange Program demonstrates Tay Nguyen University's dedication to continuous improvement and future collaboration.
