1. Introduction

The department of undergraduate education took shape as soon as the university was established on November 11, 1977. The department has been closely associated with the university's history and development.

2. The staff:  At present, the department's staff consists of 10 members including 02 deputy heads and 08 officials.

3. Function and responsibilities:

- Function: The department of undergraduate education acts as a counselor for the Rector and takes responsibility for the management and organization of undergraduate education, secondary education and other types of professional training. 

- Responsibilities: Management of undergraduate education; organization of entrance examination and enrollment
